What you get
Early Client Offer

FAQ
AI-assisted, founder-reviewed builds. No fake agency posture, no mystery process, and no surprise auto-posting added to your business.
Koinophobia Labs is a solo founder-led product and build studio. You work directly with Blake, not a sales layer.
Yes. Builds are AI-assisted and founder-reviewed. AI helps with drafting, structure, and iteration, but nothing launches without human review and approval.
The site can be handed off, or we can scope a support window for edits, maintenance, and small improvements.
Yes. Many local businesses should keep the flow customers already use; the site can point to it cleanly.
No. If you have one, we can use it. If not, domain and hosting decisions can be made during scope.
A revision window is agreed before work starts so feedback is expected, bounded, and reviewable before launch.
Website concepts · sales assets
Sales-ready examples for outreach conversations. Each concept shows who the site is for, what it fixes, and why a founder-led build can move a local business from "looks fine" to "gets contacted."

Koinophobia Labs turns the artist's process into a sales filter: visual trust, booking rules, flash drops, and a clean consult path.

A trial-week funnel for coaches who need prospects to understand the offer before they ask about price.
Koinophobia Labs packages the coaching method, proof points, and first-step CTA into a site built to turn local interest into booked sessions.

Founder · Builder
Hi, I'm Blake Taylor.
I'm a 25-year-old Chicago native, software engineer, and founder of Koinophobia Labs.
Before I started building software full time, I spent years working directly with customers. Every day, I saw businesses lose valuable time to repetitive tasks, disconnected systems, and technology that created friction instead of solving problems. Those experiences shaped the way I think about software today.
I founded Koinophobia Labs to build AI-powered websites, automations, and software that help businesses operate more efficiently while creating better experiences for their customers. My philosophy is simple: understand the real problem, build something intuitive, and deliver practical solutions that create measurable value.
I'm still early in my journey, and I believe that's something worth embracing rather than hiding. Every project I build is an opportunity to learn, improve, and create something better than the last. I build in public because I believe trust is earned through consistency, transparency, and shipping real products that people can use.
Outside of software, I enjoy challenging myself physically and mentally. Whether I'm learning a new technology, refining a product, or pushing myself in the gym, I approach growth with the same mindset: stay curious, keep improving, and never stop building.
Koinophobia Labs reflects that philosophy. Every website, automation, and product I create is built with the goal of helping people spend less time fighting technology and more time focusing on what matters most.
If you're looking for someone who combines modern AI tools with thoughtful software development and genuinely cares about the people using the product, I'd love to work together.

Pick an audit, website, or automation request. Send the current link, what is not working, and what a good outcome would look like. Real messages get real answers.
Best first step if you already have a site, Instagram, booking link, or landing page.
Best when you need a professional front door, clearer proof, and a better contact path.
Best when repeat admin, follow-ups, or lead handling are slowing the business down.
